    Manipulation - There are hundreds of different kinds of spinal manipulation. At my office I tailor the manipulation to the needs of my patients. I offer older-firmer manipulation when patients request or soft-gentle-low force manipulation when requested. Several of the techniques I use include Palmer, Thompson, Gonstead, Activator and myo-fascial release.

    Massage - I believe that there is a direct relationship between the muscles and the bones in your back and neck. For that reason, I have worked with many massage therapists as a compliment to the spinal manipulation. Presently, I refer my patients out of the office for massage therapy.

    Aromatherapy - In my office I utilize techniques that I feel are benficial to the relaxation of my patients. I feel that the use of aromatherapy in my office helps to establish a relaxing atmosphere and aids in the benefit of manipulation.

    Exercise Instruction - Exercise is always vital to the rehabilitation process. At my office I issue all my patients stretches. It's so simple, but those patients that stretch, improve dramatically better than those that don't stretch.

    Physiotherapy - There are several techniques that I utilize in my office to aid in treating patients. I find that when patients are treated initially with electric muscle stimulation (EMS), ultrasound, or moist heat, they are more responsive to accepting the manipulation and there appears to be more benefit of the manipulation.

    Privacy - I hold your privacy with the highest regard. Each patient is treated in a separate, private room with a door. Our conversations are strictly held to the highest level of confidence.
